We understand the need to have returns and refunds, but since we offer custom-made packaging that is unique for every business and individual, our return policy varies. By placing an order with The Customize Boxes, you agree to the terms of the return and refund policy. Kindly look at the details below to know where you can and cannot get a refund before placing your order.
Every purchase that you have made is final because the customization of every package makes it impossible to be sold to another customer. The Customize Boxes does not offer returns, credits, or exchanges except when we have made an obvious mistake or error. Once we have verified that there was a mistake on our part, we will re-print the entire order for you.
Please Note: For any design services orders, refunds won’t be issued that have been successfully processed.
Once your order has gone through the stages of printing and is shipped, you cannot cancel the order simply because of a change of heart. It is important to remember that since The Customize Boxes deals with businesses, your custom packaging is of no use to the company because every customer we have has unique needs.
Once you have received your order and notice any defects, damage, spelling errors, missing logo, or any other issues, you must file the claim within 3 days. Once you file the claim, we review the issues and offer an authorization for return. Claims filed after 3 days, even on the 4th day, are not considered valid, and no customer can hold The Customize Boxes accountable.
When placing your order, ensure the spelling and grammar are accurate, as we never make changes to the orders and use the instructions as we receive them. Remember that The Customize Boxes will not be liable for any spelling or grammatical errors made at your end. You cannot return the shipment if the errors were made on your part. However, if the mistakes were from our side, you must file the complaint within 3 days after receiving the order.
Once you have filed a complaint and received an authorization for the return, you are liable to send almost 99% of the shipment for us to re-work on your order. The Customize Boxes must get confirmation of your returned items within 10 days after you have received the defective order. The Customize Boxes reserves the right not to re-work on your order if it is returned without any prior approval or authorization from the company’s side.
Please keep in mind that all the charges regarding the expedited services, rush printing, and priority delivery are non-refundable, even when a reprint is authorized.
Customers must note that no orders will be canceled once they have been sent for production. You cannot get a refund once your order has entered the production stage.
No refunds are provided for shipping damages. Only reprints will be provided in case of errors and omissions. Please allow 15-20 days for re-delivery after we have received the damaged items from you.  In case you have any issues with the replaced items, please contact us immediately.
