The artisanal soap owner, “Caroline Schaupp”, comes to us just to know about which type of packaging she should choose for her organic handcrafted soap. Her soap was undoubtedly the best herbal formula in town, but it wasn’t a famous one. So what was she lacking? That’s where our skillful customer representatives, designers, and manufacturers' work begins!
The Challenge’s Caroline Faces
Her main challenge was that no matter which packaging she used, either material wasn’t stable enough to protect active components, or the soap pack in boxes just ruined the whole handcrafted touch, and wait, the worst part was the material toxicity and harmful carbon footprint it was leaving with every order, just ain’t her style.
Combating Challenges with Expertise
After taking a comprehensive look at her soap's integrity, requirements, and quality conservation, we concluded that she didn’t need any fancy packaging to stand out in the market, as her soap quality is good enough. Instead, her soap needed a “Miss World slash,” which means “soap sleeves” wrap in sustainable packaging that expertly complements her handcrafted artisanal soaps.
The Offer Was Laid & Caroline Was Beyond Delighted
Caroline soap was handy, but what she ought to have was packaging that shapes consumers' experience & satisfaction, and that’s what we do. We offered her packaging that amplifies modern world trends & consumers' demand. You guessed it right! Minimalistic, aesthetic & sustainable packaging. Thfnd we offered her Kraft paper soap sleeves.
She was really amazed when the proposal was laid out, as per her past experiences, she was expecting the same cardboard and paperboard suggestion. However, when we laid out the following aspect of kraft sleeves for organic soap, she was truly and ultimately delighted. So what was that?
- Her brand was lacking “branding”, so we took the eco-friendly material “kraft paper,” which can go even naked without any type of printing. So that’s what we did! When the rustic paper was shaped in die-cut sleeves and wrapped around her artisanal soaps, it was truly charmistic.
- After choosing the material, her brand logo was printed in sleek & artistic style typography, incorporating essential information on the back. To assure an error-free and identical printing on wholesale soap sleeves, we use CMYK, which does the job without any blunder.
- Her main concern was to avert toxicity that affects consumers' skin & pollution that packaging provokes. Combating this task was painless, as we did not bleach the kraft and let it retain its earthy texture, so it will not harm the material's biodegradability even an inch. To keep toxicity at the basin, we use soy-based and virgin ink for typography.
- We also used an embossed finish on the logo for her brand image to be remembered.
The Final Procedure
Once the material, printing, and finishes were completed, they were sent to the designer, where a dieline was created first to combat any fallacy. Once the die lines were assembled, we offered her a 3D mockup so she could have a glimpse at the final product before manufacturing.
Her organic soap sleeves look boutique-made with all the customisation, and she was truly merry, as her budget was tight and she was running out of time. Without compromising on packaging integrity, we made soap sleeves at affordable prices, and she also got free design support and wholesale discounts. Her order arrived within 10 days, and Caroline was never so enthusiastic; she immediately launched her artisanal soap without hesitation.
Caroline was just here for a suggestion, but she left with a wonderful experience.
