Luxury Rigid Boxes for a Premium Watch Brand

A while ago, we had a client come to us to get high-end rigid boxes for their watch brand. Mr. Michael Thompson was using leather boxes for his watches until he started having complaints from customers about fake and flaky leather. Despite having multiple conversations with his previous manufacturer, the results were the same, which had him lose more customers. Eventually, Michael came to The Customize Boxes with his plight.

Client’s Challenge

Mr. Thompson had initial conversations with the team at The Customize Boxes to know more about high-end boxes. He wanted something that would give a premium and luxury feel and satisfy the customers’ preferences.

The Solution We Offered

After some detailed conversations with Michael Thompson, the team presented him with the idea of offering rigid packaging boxes. We discussed the possibility of getting more than one type of box for different watch categories. And we agreed on two types of boxes: open-door boxes for limited edition watches and two-piece boxes for all the regular watches.
We offered 3D mockups to Mr. Michael so he could approve the artwork for his new branded boxes. His team presented us with more design ideas, and we worked on the artwork for the boxes. Before sending the artwork to manufacturing, we sent his team the final sample. Michael loved it, and he was positive that these new boxes would help him get customers back.

The Results

Mr. Thompson received the order of his rigid watch boxes within two weeks and exclaimed his satisfaction that all of the boxes were pristine and premium. Each packaging box had a minimal yet elegant design with their brand’s logo and a subtle texture with gold foiling.
The feedback from his team informed us that their sales went up, and they even managed to retain more customers. And now, with the limited-edition packaging, their business has started having more orders.
