HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?

We wish to meet your requirements as best as we can! As a result, we provide a few simple methods for you to get a quotation from us. All direct lines of communication are open Monday through Friday 24/7 around the clock.

During non-business hours, you can request a quote through one of our other options, and a sales person will contact you the next business day.

CAN I GET PACKAGING INSERTS FROM THE CUSTOMIZE BOXES?

Yes! we sell packaging inserts as well! Our inserts, like everything else on our website, are completely customizable to your specifications. We custom-design packaging inserts to exactly match your items and packaging.

To ensure that your items fit perfectly into your inserts, we propose that consumers send their products to us or give us a 3D CAD file of your product. This enables our experts to design inserts that are specific to your product’s size, shape, and requirements.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EXECUTE AN ORDER?

The time it takes to finish an order is determined on the length of your project, which is decided following your initial packaging consultation with our packaging experts.

Each individual will have a distinct project cycle owing to unique requirements, making it more difficult for us to determine the precise time it takes to execute your order from start to the end.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF GETTING MY PACKAGING MADE?

 Because of different demands, the procedure of getting your packaging manufactured varies from project to project.

While the phases vary depending on the project, our usual procedure includes the following stages:

  • Packaging Consulting (in this phase we will determine your project requirements)
  • Quotation 
  • Preparation of Structural & Artwork Design 
  • Sampling & Prototyping 
  • Pre-press 
  • Mass Production 
  • Shipping & Fulfillment

WHAT IF I WANT TO REORDER?

To reorder an item, contact our packaging experts from your initial order with us, and they will assist you with your reorder.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE RUSH ORDERS?

Based on seasonality and packaging and manufacturing capacity, rush orders may be available. Please contact our packaging experts to inquire about our current availability.

CAN I RE-ADJUST THE ORDER QUANTITY?

Yes, you can. If you have not yet approved your final proof and wish to adjust the amount of your order, please contact our packaging experts as soon as possible.

Based on your revisions, our experts will re-adjust your first quotation and offer you a new quotation.

NOTE: We are unable to adjust the amount of your order if you have already approved your final proof and your order has moved to mass production. 

CAN I MODIFY THE DESIGN AFTER I'VE PLACED MY ORDER?

You cannot modify the design once your final proof has been approved since your order may have already entered into mass production process.

However, if you inform our packaging experts as soon as possible, we may be able to halt production and re-submit a fresh design.

Keep in mind that additional charges may be applied to your order as a result of the need to restart the manufacturing process.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may change or cancel your order if you have not yet approved your final proof by contacting our packaging expert.

However, once your final proof is approved, your order will enter mass production and no adjustments or cancellations will be permitted.

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?

If your order has not yet been sent to mass production, you can contact us to make modifications.

All changes to artwork and order specifications must be made before you approve the final proof for your order.

If a modification or cancellation is required after final proof approval, we may be able to take the order from production if we are contacted immediately. More sophisticated adjustments will incur extra charges.

WHAT IS YOUR MOQ (MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY)?

We are extremely adaptable and can meet any amount of MOQs. We give the same excellent standards regardless of how many packaging goods you demand.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER?

Our current manufacturing timeframes range from 10 to 20 business days, depending on packaging style, order amount, and time of the year. Customizing your packaging with more extra procedures often results in somewhat longer manufacturing times.

Please keep in mind that any dates provided are estimates only and are not always guaranteed. Due to the quick change and unpredictability of order numbers, production schedules may alter without further notice.

Consider The Following:

  • Shipping time is not included in the turnaround periods given.
  • Large orders may necessitate additional manufacturing time.
  • Production begins after your final proof has been approved and submitted.

NOTE: Because there may be unforeseen events during shipment, The Customize Boxes cannot guarantee that your items will arrive within the specified delivery time. Contact us if you have any queries regarding our current manufacturing turnaround times. 

DO YOU PROVIDE QUANTITY DISCOUNTS OR PRICE BREAKS?

We certainly do! On all of our packaging orders, high-quantity orders often result in a reduced cost-per-unit (greater quantity = bulk savings).

WHAT FACTORS INFLUENCE MY PRICING?

Here are some options that may influence the cost of your packaging:

  • Size of packaging (larger packaging requires more material).

  • The quantity of boxes (ordering higher quantities will give you a lower cost per unit).
  • Premium materials will cost you more.
  • Additional treatments (additional treatment processes require extra work and of course can influence the overall cost of packaging)
  • Finish (premium finishes will cost you more)

 WHY I CAN'T LOCATE THE SHIPPING PRICES ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE?

We do not publish shipping charges on our website since they vary based on individual demands and specifications. However, our experts can give you with delivery figures during the consultation step.

IS THE NUMBER OF COLORS UTILIZED IN THE DESIGN AFFECTS THE OVERALL COST OF PRODUCT?

No, the quantity of colors you choose does not affect the price of your packaging if you print in CMYK, so use every hue of the rainbow if you like!

However, if your artwork requires PMS (PANTONE® Matching System) colors, there will be an extra price for each PMS color used.
